Group Head- Paid Media

Job Description:

Client & Account Management:

• Manage multiple E-Commerce and Q-Commerce client accounts.
• Build strong relationships with client stakeholders.
• Understand business objectives and translate them into media strategies.
• Present campaign performance, insights, and recommendations to clients.

Paid Media Management:

• Develop and oversee media plans across Qcom & Ecom
• Monitor campaign performance and drive optimization initiatives.
• Work closely with platform teams to identify growth opportunities.

Business Growth:

• Identify opportunities to expand media investments within existing accounts.
• Support new business pitches and internal growth initiatives.
• Contribute to account retention and client satisfaction.

Required Skills & Experience:

• 6–8 years of experience in Digital Marketing & Performance Marketing.
• Hands-on experience managing marketplace advertising platforms.
• Strong understanding of E-Commerce and Q-Commerce business models.
• Experience managing multiple client accounts in an agency environment.
