Job Description - Group HR Manager

Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and systems across all group companies.

Handle end-to-end recruitment and manpower planning for different departments.

Manage employee onboarding, induction, confirmation, and exit formalities.

Oversee payroll processing, attendance, leave management, and salary administration.

Ensure compliance with labour laws, PF, ESIC, Bonus, Gratuity, and other statutory requirements.

Coordinate employee performance appraisal and increment processes.

Handle employee grievances, disciplinary matters, and conflict resolution professionally.

Maintain HRMIS/employee records and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.

Prepare HR reports, MIS, and manpower analysis for management review.

Monitor employee engagement, retention, and workplace culture initiatives.

Conduct training, development, and skill enhancement programs for employees.

Coordinate with department heads regarding staffing and HR-related requirements.

Draft HR letters, appointment letters, warning letters, policies, and official communications.

Ensure smooth implementation of company rules, attendance policies, and code of conduct.

Support senior management in organizational development and strategic HR planning.
