Group product manager

Key Responsibilities
• Support the development of annual brand strategy, business plans and marketing calendar for the assigned product category portfolio.
• Deliver sales, market share and profitability targets.
• Manage product lifecycle, pricing, positioning and portfolio optimization.
• Plan and execute new product launches.
• Design promotional campaigns, visual aids, leave-behinds, CMEs and digital content.
• Work closely with Sales, Medical Affairs, Supply Chain and Regulatory teams.
• Conduct market research, competitor analysis and customer insights.
• Train and mentor field force through cycle meetings and product training.
• Monitor marketing budgets and ROI.
• Build relationships with KOLs, pediatricians and dermatologists.

Qualifications
• MBA (Marketing) preferred; B.Pharm / M.Pharm / Life Sciences desirable.
• 3–6 years in pharmaceutical / consumer healthcare marketing.
• Experience in Pediatrics and/or Dermatology preferred.
• Good knowledge of new product launch planning and execution.
