Salary range: Rs 2000000 - Rs 5000000 (ie INR 20-50 LPA)

Location: Bengaluru

Job Type: full-time

We are looking for an experienced Group Project Manager – Presales (IoT) to lead strategic presales engagements, solution consulting initiatives, and customer-focused technology discussions for enterprise clients. This role requires a strong blend of technical expertise, business acumen, stakeholder management, and solution architecture capabilities to drive successful digital transformation initiatives.

As a key member of the leadership team, you will work closely with sales, engineering, delivery, and business stakeholders to understand customer challenges, design innovative technology solutions, and create compelling value propositions. You will play a critical role in shaping customer journeys by translating complex business requirements into scalable IoT-enabled solutions while supporting large-scale enterprise opportunities from discovery through proposal and solution presentation.

The ideal candidate is a strategic thinker who can engage with senior business and technology stakeholders, manage multiple opportunities simultaneously, and drive high-quality solution outcomes in a fast-paced environment.



Requirements

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead end-to-end presales activities for IoT and digital transformation opportunities.
  • Engage with enterprise clients to understand business objectives, operational challenges, and technology requirements.
  • Collaborate with sales, engineering, and delivery teams to design comprehensive solution proposals and implementation strategies.
  • Develop project plans, solution architectures, resource estimates, timelines, and cost models for client engagements.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations, demonstrations, proposals, and technical workshops.
  • Support RFP, RFQ, and proposal responses by creating high-quality technical and commercial documentation.
  • Drive solution discussions involving connected devices, smart systems, cloud platforms, analytics, and AI-driven applications.
  • Evaluate project risks, dependencies, and implementation challenges during the presales stage.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure solution feasibility, scalability, and alignment with customer expectations.
  • Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, decision-makers, and executive leadership teams.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends in IoT, Artificial Intelligence, automation, and digital innovation.
  • Support business growth initiatives by identifying new opportunities within existing and prospective client accounts.
  • Contribute to presales best practices, solution frameworks, and reusable assets that improve proposal efficiency.
  • Mentor team members and support knowledge sharing across project management and solutioning functions.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • 8+ years of experience in project management, presales, consulting, or solution delivery roles.
  • Strong experience managing enterprise technology discussions and customer-facing engagements.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to bridge business requirements with technical solutions and implementation strategies.
  • Experience creating proposals, business cases, effort estimations, and project plans.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
  • Understanding of IoT ecosystems, connected devices, cloud-based platforms, and digital transformation initiatives.
  • Exposure to Artificial Intelligence, analytics, automation, or smart technology solutions is highly desirable.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset with a focus on delivering business value.
  • Ability to thrive in fast-paced environments while managing complex client requirements and strategic initiatives.
