Responsibilities

Design, build, and manage automated workflows using platforms like Make.com, Zapier, n8n, or similar tools.
Identify and implement AI -driven solutions for process optimization, marketing automation, and data analysis.
Collaborate with product, marketing, and operations teams to scope and deploy scalable, tech -driven solutions.
Monitor and troubleshoot workflow failures, ensuring high uptime and efficiency.
Leverage a first -principles thinking approach to solve complex operational and growth challenges.

Requirements

Demonstrable experience setting up complex workflows with automation platforms (Make.com, Zapier, n8n, etc.).
Background in growth, product management, or e -commerce, with measurable success in scaling processes.
Comfort with data handling, APIs, and basic scripting or coding is a plus.
Strong problem -solving, project management, and analytical skills.
No formal degree required; portfolio of successful automations and growth projects is highly regarded.
