We're looking for a Growth Head who can make that happen.

Job Summary

The Growth Head will own the organization's revenue growth strategy and execution. This role is responsible for driving customer acquisition, expanding markets, strengthening partnerships, launching new growth initiatives, and building scalable revenue engines across India.

You won't just lead marketing or sales—you will own growth.

What You'll Do

Revenue Growth

  • Own and drive the roadmap towards achieving ₹500 Crore annual revenue.
  • Develop short -term and long -term growth strategies aligned with business objectives.
  • Identify new revenue streams, market opportunities, and expansion plans.

Business Expansion

  • Build GTM (Go -To -Market) strategies for new products and markets.
  • Drive customer acquisition across enterprise, fleet operators, industrial customers, and channel partners.
  • Expand Repos' presence across existing and new geographies.

Growth Strategy

  • Build scalable customer acquisition and retention models.
  • Improve conversion across the entire customer journey.
  • Develop pricing, partnership, and monetization strategies.

Cross -functional Leadership

  • Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Product, Technology, Operations, Finance, and Leadership.
  • Ensure every function contributes towards growth goals.
  • Translate business insights into executable plans.

Partnerships & Alliances

  • Develop strategic partnerships with OEMs, corporates, fuel companies, logistics businesses, financial institutions, and ecosystem partners.
  • Build long -term business relationships that unlock new revenue opportunities.

Analytics & Decision Making

  • Define and monitor growth KPIs.
  • Track CAC, LTV, funnel conversion, retention, revenue contribution, and market penetration.
  • Use data to optimize business decisions.

Team Leadership

  • Build and mentor a high -performing growth team.
  • Create a culture of ownership, experimentation, and execution.
  • Hire and develop future growth leaders.

What We're Looking For

  • 10–15 years of experience in Growth, Business Strategy, Revenue, Sales Leadership, GTM, or Business Development.
  • Proven track record of scaling businesses and delivering significant revenue growth.
  • Experience in high -growth startups, SaaS, logistics, mobility, energy, fintech, IoT, marketplaces, or enterprise technology is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of customer acquisition, demand generation, partnerships, and revenue operations.
  • Experience managing large cross -functional teams.
  • Excellent commercial and business acumen.
  • Strong analytical and problem -solving skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast -paced, high -ownership environment.

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA from a reputed institute is preferred.
  • Experience scaling businesses from ₹100 Cr+ to ₹500 Cr+ revenue will be an advantage.
  • Experience building GTM functions from scratch.
  • Strong understanding of B2B enterprise sales and channel partnerships.
  • Exposure to technology -led businesses and digital platforms.
