Role Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and result -oriented Business Development Manager to drive B2B field sales and expand our customer base across Chennai. The role involves lead generation, client acquisition, relationship management, and contributing directly to business growth in a fast -paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct field visits and generate new business opportunities in the B2B segment
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
  
• Manage the complete sales cycle from lead generation to closure
  
• Achieve daily and monthly sales targets consistently
  
• Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable solutions
  
• Gather market feedback and share insights with internal teams
  
• Represent the company as a frontline brand ambassador in the market
  

Requirements

• 1–4 years of experience in field sales / B2B sales
  
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  
• Self -driven, target -oriented, and energetic personality
  
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment
  
• Comfortable with extensive field work
