This position is listed on behalf of a partner company, who manages all applications and next steps. Our partner is looking for a Growth Lead (Marketing and Content) based in India.


This is a high-impact, end-to-end growth role focused on building and scaling acquisition systems across content, partnerships, conversion optimization, and experimentation. You will own key growth levers and play a central role in shaping how users discover, engage with, and convert across digital channels. The role requires someone who thrives in building from the ground up, combining strategic thinking with hands-on execution in a fast-moving SaaS environment. You will work closely with cross-functional stakeholders to design and execute campaigns, improve funnel performance, and drive measurable business outcomes. The environment is highly ownership-driven, data-informed, and experimentation-focused, with strong emphasis on speed and accountability. It is ideal for someone who enjoys blending content, marketing systems, and growth experimentation into scalable revenue-driving engines.


Accountabilities:



  • Own and execute end-to-end growth strategy across content, partnerships, website optimization, and experimentation initiatives

  • Develop and manage a structured content strategy and editorial calendar to drive awareness and inbound growth

  • Create, refine, and optimize marketing content while ensuring quality, clarity, and performance impact

  • Build and manage strategic partnerships including outreach, negotiation, and long-term relationship management

  • Drive co-marketing initiatives such as webinars, podcasts, newsletters, and collaboration campaigns

  • Lead conversion rate optimization (CRO) efforts across the website to improve funnel efficiency and lead conversion

  • Design and run growth experiments across multiple acquisition channels, tracking performance and iterating based on data

  • Improve lead qualification workflows, scoring systems, and overall funnel performance

  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders, SEO partners, and content contributors to ensure consistent execution

  • Own projects from ideation to execution, ensuring accountability for measurable business outcomes


Requirements:



  • 3+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or product marketing roles

  • Proven ability to own and scale a marketing function, channel, or campaign end-to-end

  • Strong experience in content strategy, editorial planning, and content creation

  • Hands-on experience in partnerships, outreach, and stakeholder relationship management

  • Excellent writing and editing skills with the ability to produce high-quality marketing content independently

  • Experience with website optimization and conversion rate optimization (CRO) techniques

  • Understanding of marketing funnels, lead qualification, and lead scoring systems

  • Strong analytical mindset with experience using experimentation and data-driven decision-making

  • Proficiency with tools such as HubSpot, Webflow, Canva, Figma, and analytics platforms

  • Self-driven, highly accountable, and comfortable working in a fast-paced remote environment aligned with IST hours
