Job Description - Growth Lead | Mumbai

 Location: Western Mumbai

 Experience: 3–7 Years
 Employment Type: Full -time

We are looking for a highly motivated and performance -driven Team Lead – Sales to lead our B2B field sales operations across Western Mumbai. This opportunity is ideal for professionals who excel in target -oriented environments, possess strong leadership capabilities, and are passionate about driving business growth.

As a Team Lead, you will play a critical role in building market presence, managing high -performing field sales teams, and contributing directly to the company’s expansion journey.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive B2B field sales across assigned territories in Western Mumbai
  • Lead, mentor, and manage a team of field sales executives to achieve business targets
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to accelerate revenue growth
  • Identify new business opportunities and build a strong sales pipeline
  • Establish and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long -term business partnerships
  • Track team performance, monitor KPIs, and ensure consistent target achievement
  • Conduct regular market visits and on -ground coaching for team development
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders for smooth onboarding and service delivery
  • Take ownership and contribute effectively in a fast -paced, growth -oriented environment


Requirements

Candidate Requirements

  • 3–7 years of experience in B2B field sales
  • Proven experience in team handling and target -driven roles
  • Strong understanding of the Western Mumbai market
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and leadership skills
  • Result -oriented mindset with strong execution capabilities
  • Comfortable with extensive field work and flexible working hours

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working in startups or high -growth organizations
  • Exposure to territory management and team scaling
