We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Growth Manager to lead our expansion and revenue growth initiatives. In this role, you will be responsible for designing and executing growth strategies that drive user acquisition, retention, and market penetration. The ideal candidate will combine analytical thinking with creativity to identify new business opportunities, optimize sales funnels, and implement data-driven marketing tactics. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and business teams to achieve sustainable and scalable growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive growth strategies across multiple channels to accelerate sales and revenue.
  • Identify, plan, and implement new market expansion opportunities, including partnerships and strategic collaborations.
  • Lead and analyze product-led growth initiatives to enhance customer engagement and conversion.
  • Design and manage growth marketing campaigns focused on performance, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Collaborate with product and marketing teams to improve user journeys and drive measurable business outcomes.
  • Use data and insights to optimize marketing and sales funnels, from lead generation to conversion.
  • Track, analyze, and report key growth metrics, identifying trends and improvement areas.
  • Develop and execute strategic plans for sustainable business growth, ensuring alignment with organizational objectives.
  • Build and manage relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners to enhance brand presence and market share.
  • Conduct competitive analysis and market research to stay ahead of industry trends and growth opportunities.
  • Oversee budgeting and resource allocation for growth initiatives, ensuring ROI optimization.
  • Experiment with innovative approaches — A/B testing, referral programs, and new channels — to continuously refine growth strategies.

What Makes You a Great Fit

  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in growth management, marketing, or business development roles.
  • Proven track record in driving sales growth and achieving measurable business outcomes.
  • Strong understanding of growth marketing strategies and product-led growth frameworks.
  • Expertise in strategic planning, execution, and performance tracking for growth initiatives.
  • Experience in market expansion and business scaling across diverse customer segments.
