Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute strategic growth and brand initiatives aligned with business objectives.
• Lead marketing and communication programs across campaigns, events, and integrated channels to drive brand visibility and customer engagement.
• Build strong positioning, messaging frameworks, and value propositions for customers, partners, and internal stakeholders.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams (Growth, Product, Content, Sales, etc.) to maintain consistent messaging across all touchpoints.
• Manage PR outreach, media engagement, press communications, and thought leadership initiatives to enhance credibility and reputation.
• Foster relationships with media, influencers, and key industry communities to accelerate brand reach and awareness.
• Track and analyze campaign performance metrics such as reach, engagement, brand sentiment, and conversion impact.
• Manage external partners including PR, creative, and media agencies to ensure timely and high-quality output.
• Act as a brand guardian, ensuring adherence to communication guidelines and strategic consistency across content.

Skills & Competencies

• Strong storytelling and narrative-building abilities with a strategic mindset.
• Proven experience in PR management, media relations, and reputation building.
• Hands-on experience running integrated marketing campaigns across digital, offline, and experiential channels.
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to handle sensitive communication and manage crisis messaging (preferred).
• Experience partnering with creative, media, and PR agencies.
