The Role


We’re hiring a Growth Lead to drive the next wave of adoption and expansion at Emergent Labs. This is a hands-on role where you’ll execute growth initiatives across multiple channels, run experiments, and optimize funnels to scale user acquisition and engagement. You’ll work closely with the founders and senior team, gaining exposure to high-level strategy while owning key tactical initiatives that directly impact our growth trajectory.


What You’ll Do



  • Scale Retention Levers: Manage and optimize the core mechanics of user activation. You’ll identify the "sticky" features that turn casual experimenters into power users and build scalable systems to drive adoption of those features.

  • Diagnose & Solve Churn: Deep-dive into user behavior to understand why users leave. You’ll build product-led journeys (automated troubleshooting, AI-assisted debugging, "saving" flows) to intervene at the exact moment a user hits a wall.

  • Run High-Velocity Experiments: Design and execute dozens of experiments focused on churn prevention and re-activation. You will own the budget for these initiatives, from incentivized "re-vibe" campaigns to personalized user journeys.

  • Partner with CRM & Product: Collaborate cross-functionally to execute Go-To-Market strategies for new features

  • Own the Retention Stack: Take full ownership of tracking, reporting, and insights for retention metrics. You will be the "source of truth" for Buyer Retention, Conversion, and Revenue Retention (NRR).


Who You Are



  • 3-6 years of experience in growth, marketing, product, or a fast-paced startup.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with experience using data/analytics tools.

  • Hands-on execution mindset—comfortable running campaigns, experiments, and reporting outcomes.

  • Exposure to multiple growth levers (CRM marketing, user journeys, product-led growth).

  • Entrepreneurial and scrappy—thrives in ambiguity, moves fast, and iterates.

  • Excellent communication skills with the ability to work cross-functionally.

  • Curiosity for AI/tech and eagerness to translate complex products into growth opportunities.
