We are currently going through an unprecedented period of transformation powered by a pipeline of innovative projects and as a result, we are looking for a Customer Success Manager based at the India location.This role will be working quite closely with the CXO’s and you will be responsible for all sales related activities for flagship AI and blockchain based solutions.Whom are we looking for?We are seeking a Business Development Manager to drive forward our business globally and support in building a high-performance team. We are looking for a highly motivated and driven sales manager, with experience in software solutions sales.What does the role involve?You will join the team as a senior member of our sales team. You will be involved in all aspects of our sales process from lead generation through closing the deal and management of contracts. You will identify target markets using segmentation, targeting, and positioning models. You will be engaging with CXO’s, business heads, key decision makers, and senior executives within large enterprises during the course of sales and pre-sales activities.Responsibilities:Identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, and partners for the businessSeek out the appropriate contacts & identify prospective customersGenerate leads and engage prospective customers through cold calls, social media outreach, emails, Inmails, tweets, etc.Meet with customers/clients face to face or through virtual meetings for new sales, business continuity ad expansion, and manage the accountReadiness for field visits as per business requirementsPrepare collaterals for clients' engagements including presentations, documentation.Participate in conferences, seminars, and events to identify prospective customers and establish business relationships for Gravitas AIUnderstand  customers needs and be able to respond effectively with a plan of how to demonstrate value to our clients and prospective clientsClosing successful sales and achieving monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets and managing and growing the accountsThink strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting aims and objectives in order to develop and enhance businessHave a good understanding of the businesses' products or services and be able to advise others about themEnvision, propose, and execute promotional and sales strategies and activities with relevant stakeholdersCreate a target-based sales pipeline and enhance it incrementallySeek ways of improving the way the business operatesKeep abreast of trends and changes in the business world from a sales and conversational AI business perspectiveRespond to RFIs, RFQs, and tendersMaintain sales reports, forecasts, and reports at regular intervalsPerform effective customer success management to ensure client satisfaction and enhance account penetration through upselling, cross-selling, customer relationship management, customer experience, and brand engagementBuild relationships with sales and marketing organisations to enhance the channel partner footprint of Gravitas AI for sales enablementEnsure maximum value generation for Gravitas AI through effective utilization of negotiation skillsWork on and support CXO's in the expansion of the sales team and the top & bottom lineWhat to expectYou may have the responsibility of managing a team and their output.You may have to frequently travel within the day for face-to-face meetings with customers and other business partners. Depending on requirements overnight or overseas travel may also be required.You'll be expected to dress in an office formal, especially for client meetingsSkills RequiredEssential:3+ years of experience in software sales to medium and large enterprises3+ years of experience in managing end-to-end sales process2+ years of experience as a BDMDemonstrable interest in tech and software salesStrong track record of achieving targets in delivering salesOutstanding communication and collaboration skills and leading by exampleExpert-level skill in Microsoft PowerPoint and ExcelTargets & Goal-Oriented ApproachStrong customer research and profiling abilityFlexible and proactive approach and readiness to adopt new tools for sales purposesWorking knowledge of inbound marketing, sales, and customer service & CRM tools such as hubspot, zoho, etc.Expert in negotiations and persuasionAbility to set goals, plans and manage the sales pipelineResearch and strategic analysis mindsetDemonstrable experience of analysing competitors and customersDesired:Experience of working in a Start-up/Tech Sales environmentExperience of working or medium to basic level of understanding of conversational AI technologyFamiliarity with Google SuiteUnderstanding of Artificial IntelligenceBeing a start-up business, employees’ work is not limited to their remit; We are looking for an enthusiastic colleague who is ready to fulfill miscellaneous tasks is target-focused, and goes above and beyond the day-to-day. You should be motivated to explore and implement new ideas and strategies to further the company's aims.Education: MBA in Sales & Marketing (preferred)
