Mission
Own end-to-end growth for an enterprise AI agent platform. Drive qualified demand, build a predictable pipeline, and position the company as the default choice for “agentic commerce” in the U.S.

About the Platform
Enterprises want AI agents but often face challenges around observability, governance, and leveraging external context (voice of customer). This platform addresses those issues with a low/no-code framework to build multimodal AI agents tailored to real workflows—reducing build times from months to days. Initial focus is on OEM categories (auto, consumer electronics, appliances, equipment), with rapid expansion into other verticals.

Outcomes (What Success Looks Like)

30 Days

• Establish clean funnels (website → form → routing), analytics, and HubSpot reporting.
• Launch 3 experiments (e.g., LinkedIn threads, teardown PDF, founder-led outreach) → generate 5 ICP first meetings.
• Publish 1 flagship asset (Agentic Commerce teardown or case study) that drives conversions.

60–90 Days

• Implement light ABM for Top-100 accounts (contact maps, targeted outreach, event invites).
• Build a repeatable growth loop generating 5–10 SQLs/month via content, outbound, and events.
• Secure two executive salons/roundtables with OEM GTM leaders.

What You’ll Do

• Execution engine: Write landing pages, emails, social posts, and outreach that convert. Ads only after organic loops prove effective.
• ABM & outbound: Build target lists, run founder-led DMs, and coordinate briefings for key accounts.
• Sales enablement: Create field decks, one-pagers, ROI/TEI calculators, and competitive briefs. Partner with founders on major deals.
• PR & category creation: Position the company as a leader in agentic commerce. Secure media placements, podcasts, speaking slots, and awards.
• Content & thought leadership: Produce long-form (playbooks, benchmarks), short-form (social), and product-led content (demos, teardowns).
• Growth ops: Manage website, analytics, lead routing/scoring, and marketing automation stack. Run experiments and optimize continuously.
• Events: Organize targeted, high-impact dinners/roundtables and measure ROI.

KPIs (Measured Weekly)

• ICP SQLs and first meetings booked
• Cost per opportunity and opportunity creation rate by channel
• Funnel performance: Lead → MQL → SQL → Opportunity; time-to-first-meeting
• Executive engagement (VP+/C-level touches at target accounts)
• Share of voice in target categories and content-driven meeting attribution

Must-Haves

• 2–5 years in B2B SaaS/AI/data (or exceptional early-career experience with proven high-impact projects).
• Outstanding writing and narrative skills (portfolio required). Ability to translate technical ideas into compelling executive-level content.
• Hands-on ABM experience: built multi-channel programs generating enterprise SQLs.
• Proficiency with AI marketing tools.
• Strong analytical mindset: funnel metrics, experiment design, and A/B testing.
• Owner’s mindset: first-principles problem solving, accountability, and speed.

Nice-to-Haves

• Familiarity with LLMs/agents, RAG, observability, or MLOps.
• Cloud marketplace/partner marketing exposure (AWS/Azure/GCP, SIs, agencies).
• Experience building ROI models, TEI analyses, or value engineering for enterprise buyers.
