Job Description - Growth Marketing Lead

HackerEarth is an AI-powered developer assessment software that helps companies accurately measure a developer's skills through online coding tests. It takes a skill-based approach to assessment, allowing companies to automatically generate standardized tests based on various skills and then accurately measure the developer's performance on those skills. HackerEarth also has a thriving global community of over 7M passionate developers all across the globe, where they practice their coding skills and participate in hackathons and coding challenges.  We're seeking a Growth marketing led to join our passionate Marketing team. The Growth marketing lead will be the go-to person and specialist for driving successful global hackathons and hiring challenges for clients that include Amazon, IBM, Google, Shell to name a few. To be successful in this role, you need to show initiative and a drive to contribute to a team producing outstanding work and adept at driving participation in events. This is a fantastic career-defining opportunity for a driven professional who enjoys a role filled with variety, challenges, and autonomy.   Roles and Responsibilities: Drive MAU (Monthly Active User) growth across India and USA by continuously engaging the developer community. Drive demand, registrations, and submissions for HackerEarth’s hackathons and hiring challenges through organic developer community outreach.  Identify newer channels and opportunities that can help drive participation in hackathons & hiring challenges globally. Lead the B2C partner program at HackerEarth to drive relevant partnerships focussing on the developer community. Keep a close check on the performance of marketing initiatives and provide timely inputs to optimize the reach and drive results Prepare reports and present success metrics after every hackathon campaign Drive continuous insights through surveys and focus groups. Required Skills: 3+ years of experience in driving community growth and partnerships. Experience running Paid marketing campaigns (B2C) or growth hacks. Experience working in a fast-paced startup environment will be an added advantage Knowledge of SQL would be an advantage. Extremely data driven. Prior experience running hackathons is preferred, but not mandatory To be successful in this role, you will have: Outstanding organization and coordination skills Comfortable interacting with the developer community Ownership driven attitude. The ability to multi-task and handle multiple simultaneous campaigns.
