We’re on the lookout for a YouTube Channel Growth Specialist, someone who's adept at boosting subscriber numbers. Your mission is simple but challenging: to significantly increase our channels' subscriber base using innovative strategies and insights, aiming for a total of 1 million subscribers in the next 6 months for each of the following channels.

Expectations :Boost Subscriber Numbers : Your goal is to help us grow our subscriber base across our channels to 1mn in next 6 months. This means finding smart ways to attract more followers.Content Optimization : Work with our content team to fine-tune video metadata for improved search visibility and engagement. Increase overall impressions in search, suggested etc and thumbnail CTRsIncrease Viewer Interaction : We want our viewers to be more involved with our content, turning viewers into active community members and subscribers. Likes, shares, comments are your metricsData-Driven Strategy : Utilize analytics to pinpoint growth opportunities, conducting A/B tests on video content, thumbnails, and descriptions to maximize subscriber engagement and acquisition.Content Alignment : Work closely with the content team to ensure content strategy aligns with growth objectives, advising on trends, keywords, and viewer preferences to shape content acquisition plan.

Qualifications :Proven track record in digital marketing or growth hacking, with specific examples of having increased an online audienceStrong analytical skills, comfortable working with data to drive decisions and demonstrate results.Deep understanding of YouTube’s algorithm, SEO best practices, and effective social media marketing strategies.Creativity in leveraging current trends to enhance channel growth and viewer engagement.Excellent teamwork and communication abilities, essential for cross-functional collaboration.
