Job Description - Growth Marketing Manager

ConvergePoint is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Growth Marketing Manager to join our growing marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving user acquisition, engagement, retention, and lead growth. This role requires a strategic thinker with a deep understanding of the entire customer lifecycle, a knack for experimentation, and a data-driven approach to decision-making.

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute multi-channel campaigns to generate high-quality leads, leveraging paid advertising (Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads), SEO, content marketing, and social media marketing.
  • Collaborate with sales teams on email outreach, and account-based marketing (ABM) strategies to target high-value prospects.
  • Create and optimize landing pages to improve conversion rates through A/B testing, UX improvements, and compelling CTAs.
  • Analyze the sales funnel to identify drop-off points and implement strategies to improve conversion rates at each stage.
  • Use personalization techniques to tailor content and offers based on user behavior and attributes.
  • Develop a content strategy that aligns with the buyer's journey and addresses the pain points of different personas, including blogs, whitepapers, case studies, webinars, and eBooks.
  • Work closely with the SEO team to set up best practices to drive organic traffic and improve search engine rankings.
  • Plan and execute go-to-market (GTM) strategies for new product launches or feature updates.
  • Develop clear and compelling product messaging and positioning that resonates with the target audience.
  • Conduct market and competitive analysis to identify opportunities and threats, and adjust marketing strategies accordingly.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) such as customer acquisition cost (CAC), lifetime value (LTV), churn rate, and ROI.
  • Use analytics tools like Google Analytics, SEMrush and HubSpot to gather data, generate insights, and inform decision-making.
  • Regularly report on campaign performance, growth metrics, and insights to stakeholders.
  • Conduct A/B tests on various aspects of the marketing funnel, including ad creatives, landing pages, email subject lines, and user flows.
  • Set up automated email sequences for lead nurturing, and customer retention.

Job Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in marketing, Business, or a related field.
  • 8+ years of experience in growth marketing, digital marketing, or a similar role in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Proven track record of driving user acquisition, engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
  • Experience working with marketing automation tools preferably HubSpot.
  • Strong analytical skills and proficiency with analytics tools like Google Analytics.
  • Any certifications like Google Ads Certification, Google Analytics Certification, LinkedIn Marketing Solutions Certification or HubSpot Inbound Marketing Certification is a huge plus.
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Familiarity with SEO, PPC, content marketing, and social media marketing strategies.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
