Job Description - Growth Operations

We are hiring on behalf of a fast -growing EdTech company that is building a strong community -led learning ecosystem for engineers and tech professionals. This role sits at the intersection of growth, content, and live learning experiences, and is ideal for someone who thrives in high -ownership, fast -paced environments.

? Role Overview

As a Growth Associate, you will drive top -of -funnel growth, workshop execution, and community engagement. You will work closely with internal teams, mentors, and learners to create impactful, scalable learning experiences.

? Key Responsibilities

1. Top -of -Funnel (TOFU) Growth

  • Own and execute strategies to drive awareness and attract high -intent engineering audiences
  • Experiment across acquisition channels: organic, paid, partnerships, communities, and referrals
  • Track and optimize funnel metrics (reach, CTR, sign -ups, conversions)
  • Build and nurture lead pipelines; convert cold audiences into engaged community members

2. Workshop Operations & Execution

  • Manage end -to -end workshop operations — scheduling, platform setup, communication, and follow -ups
  • Identify, reach out to, and onboard mentors and industry experts
  • Drive speaker/mentor pipeline with structured outreach and relationship management
  • Coordinate across stakeholders (mentors, internal teams, learners) for seamless delivery
  • Build and refine SOPs to scale workshop execution efficiently

3. Content & Market Research

  • Research trending topics, emerging tools, and skill gaps in the engineering ecosystem
  • Create structured briefs for workshops, speaker sessions, and content initiatives
  • Analyze competitor programs, community discussions, and audience insights to identify opportunities

4. Hosting & Community Engagement

  • Host live sessions — introduce speakers, facilitate discussions, and manage audience interaction
  • Act as a community -facing representative for key sessions and initiatives
  • Create short -form or introductory video content to support distribution and engagement

5. Data -Driven Decision Making

  • Track and analyze growth, engagement, and workshop performance metrics
  • Build dashboards/reports to provide visibility into key KPIs
  • Identify trends, gaps, and opportunities; run experiments to improve outcomes
  • Present clear, data -backed insights and recommendations to leadership

? Ideal Candidate Profile

  • Experience in growth, marketing, operations, or community roles in startups or fast -paced environments
  • Strong understanding of growth funnels, conversion metrics, and user journeys
  • Comfortable hosting live sessions and engaging with audiences
  • Highly data -driven — makes decisions based on insights, not assumptions
  • Excellent written communication (outreach emails, content briefs, SOPs)
  • Strong organizational skills; able to manage multiple workflows simultaneously
  • Interest in or understanding of the engineering/developer ecosystem
