Requirements
Key Responsibilities:-
Manage partner ecosystem relationships and support joint GTM execution initiatives.
Handle onboarding and enablement of new partners, including platforms like Microsoft and ServiceNow.
Build and maintain strong partner relationships through regular engagement and account mapping activities.
Coordinate with internal cross-functional teams to ensure smooth execution of partner programs.
Generate leads and support pipeline development through partner channels.
Conduct demo workshops and partner enablement sessions when required.
Track partner performance metrics and identify opportunities for business growth.
Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to execute partner-driven campaigns.
Required Skills & Qualifications:-
3â4 years of experience in Business Development, Partner Operations, or Alliance Management.
Strong understanding of partner ecosystem management and SaaS business models.
Knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics, CRM tools, and Professional Services environments.
Experience working with Microsoft, ServiceNow, or similar technology ecosystems.
Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
Strong cross-functional coordination and relationship-building abilities.
Executive presence with the ability to independently conduct workshops and demos.
Comfortable working in dynamic, fast-paced global environments.
Preferred Skills:-
Familiarity with CRM tools and IT services industry.
Experience in lead generation and partner-led revenue growth strategies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Education
Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Marketing, IT, or related field preferred.
