Job Description - GRZ - Business Development (Sales)




Hiring Business Development - Sales for  a Reputed/MNC company located at Chandigarh  


Requirements

Roles & Responsibilities



  • End-to-End Sales: Manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closure for SaaS and enterprise software products.


  • Prospecting & Lead Generation: Identify and engage potential customers through cold calls, emails, social media, and networking.


  • Client Engagement: Build strong relationships with key decision-makers, understand their needs, and present tailored SaaS solutions.


  • CRM Management: Effectively use Salesforce/HubSpot or similar CRMs to track pipelines, forecast sales, and maintain accurate client data.


  • Collaboration: Work closely with Account Executives, Pre-Sales, and Technical Teams to deliver winning proposals and demos.


  • Target Achievement: Consistently meet/exceed monthly and quarterly revenue and sales KPIs.


  • Market Research: Stay updated on SaaS industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs to shape sales strategies.


  • Reporting & Feedback: Provide insights on customer requirements and feedback to enhance product positioning and outreach strategy.


  • Relationship Nurturing: Maintain long-term engagement with clients to drive renewals, upselling, and cross-selling opportunities.




  •  Skills & Competencies:



    • Strong experience in software/SaaS product sales.


    • Excellent communication and presentation skills to engage senior stakeholders.


    • Proficiency in CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho CRM) and sales automation platforms.


    • Ability to manage long sales cycles and close high-value deals.


    • Goal-driven, self-motivated, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
