Join our dynamic team as a GSA - Food & Beverage Service at our prestigious establishment in Mysuru, India! We're looking for a customer-focused and energetic individual to provide exceptional service to our guests while ensuring smooth operations in our food and beverage department.

• Greet and seat guests in a friendly and professional manner
• Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
• Serve meals and drinks while adhering to high-quality standards
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of dining areas
• Process payments and handle cash transactions
• Respond promptly to guest inquiries and concerns
• Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely food delivery
• Comply with all food safety and hygiene regulations
• Assist in setting up and breaking down dining areas for events
• Provide recommendations on menu items and specials
• Maintain knowledge of menu offerings, including ingredients and preparation methods
• Contribute to a positive team environment and support colleagues as needed

• High school diploma or equivalent
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent customer service orientation
• Knowledge of food and beverage service standards
• Basic computer skills for operating point-of-sale systems
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Team player mentality with a positive attitude
• Attention to detail and commitment to quality service
• Physical stamina to stand and walk for extended periods
• Flexibility to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays
• Food handling certification (preferred)
• Previous experience in food and beverage service or hospitality industry (preferred)
• Understanding of food and beverage operations in hospitality settings
• Fluency in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
