Guidewire PolicyCentre Developer

Configure and develop Guidewire Policy Centre according to project requirements. Collaborate with business analysts, architects, QA engineers, and developers to gather and implement functional specifications. Develop and maintain business rules, workflows, and UI configurations. Write clean, efficient, and well-documented code following best practices. Conduct code reviews, design reviews, and participate in Agile sprint meetings. Troubleshoot and resolve production issues efficiently. Stay updated with Guidewire Policy Centre updates and best practices. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior developers. Proficiency in Gosu scripting, Java, and Guidewire configurations. Experience in Guidewire Policy Centre integration and customization. Strong understanding of Policy Centre Data Model and Business Rules. Familiarity with Web Services (SOAP/REST), Batch Processing, and Messaging Plugins. Experience in Agile/Scrum development methodologies.
