As a Guidewire Rating Developer- Associate, you will engage in business application consulting, focusing on Guidewire development to support client needs. Within our Guidewire practice, you will contribute to client engagement and projects, developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. As an Associate, you will be driven by curiosity, adapting to fast-paced environments, and taking ownership of your tasks to consistently deliver quality work. You will build your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources, while understanding your strengths.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will participate in project tasks, engage in research, and support senior staff. You will use a broad range of tools, methodologies, and techniques to generate new ideas and solve problems. You will interpret data to inform insights and recommendations, while upholding professional and technical standards. Responsibilities

- Developing and configuring Guidewire applications, including BillingCenter, ClaimCenter, and PolicyCenter solutions for insurance client requirements
- Collaborating with team members to integrate Guidewire solutions within existing systems
- Participating in the software development lifecycle, utilizing methodologies to enhance project delivery
- Supporting client engagements by providing technical insights and solutions for Guidewire implementations
- Engaging in active learning to deepen understanding of Guidewire technologies and their application in the insurance sector
- Assisting in troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Guidewire applications
- Contributing to the design and development of system enhancements and new features
- Applying intellectual curiosity to explore innovative solutions and improve system performance
- Building relationships with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions
- Utilizing teamwork and collaboration to achieve project goals and deliver quality outcomes

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2+ years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Guidewire Certification
- Demonstrating proficiency in Guidewire PolicyCenter/ BillingCenter/ ClaimCenter.
- Engaging in software development and system development methodologies

- Well versed in one of streams Rating
