As a Guidewire Senior Business Analyst - PolicyCenter - Consult, you will engage with clients to understand their business needs and translate them into functional requirements for Guidewire PolicyCenter implementations. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems and develop solutions that align with client objectives. This role involves collaborating with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality solutions that meet client expectations.
As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and guiding junior team members. You will navigate complex situations, using your problem-solving skills to anticipate client needs and deliver value. Your role will involve mentoring others and maintaining professional standards, contributing to the growth of both your personal brand and technical skills.

Responsibilities
- Analyzing complex business requirements to develop and implement Guidewire PolicyCenter solutions
- Collaborating with clients to gather and document functional and technical requirements
- Configuring Guidewire BillingCenter and ClaimCenter to meet client specifications
- Leading system development and integration efforts to enhance software functionality
- Utilizing analytical thinking to identify and resolve system issues efficiently
- Embracing change and adapting to evolving client needs and project scopes
- Applying software development methodologies to optimize project delivery
- Engaging in active listening and accepting feedback to improve client interactions
- Demonstrating intellectual curiosity and learning agility to stay updated with industry trends

What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
