Job Description:

Birlasoft is looking for a Guidewire solution Architect to lead Guidewire sales pursuits in close co-ordination with Insurance Sales and Delivery leadership.

Responsibilities:

Pre-sales role:

• Design Guidewire GTM strategy for North America
• Lead large deal RFPs for Guidewire implementation, upgrade, and migration with creation of winning solution design and implementation approach.
• Demonstrate mastery over the Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter, and Insurance Now platforms, including all modules and functionalities. Proficient in knowledge of Guidewire platforms capabilities, configuration options, and standard methodologies.
• Play key role in Guidewire competency building within Insurance sub-vertical.

Solutioning role:

• Design end-to-end solutions using Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter, and Insurance Now to address specific business requirements and challenges faced by insurance companies. Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient system designs.
• Apply InsuranceSuite, and Insurance Now’s configuration capabilities to tailor the platform to the unique needs of clients. Configure policy, billing, and claims processes, as well as user interfaces and workflows. Develop customizations when necessary to extend the platform's functionality.
• Collaborate with project managers, business analysts, developers, and other team members to ensure successful delivery of InsuranceNow projects. Lead project timelines, breakthroughs, and results to meet client expectations and project objectives.

Experience:

Impeccable experience in leading multiple Guidewire PolicyCenter, ClaimCenter, BillingCenter and Insurance Now Implementations from inception to production support, across different Line of Business (especially, commercial and specialty lines)

Proficiency in leading all the phases in Guidewire PolicyCenter and Insurance Now implementations.

Certifications:

Must have Guidewire certification in Insurance Now and Policy center.

Having AINS/AIT/CPCU certifications will be a plus.
