Guidewire Tech Lead

Lead design, configuration, and extension of Guidewire PolicyCenter, BillingCenter, and ClaimCenter Provide technical leadership to development and AMS teams Manage application operations and support delivery across L2 & L3 Troubleshoot incidents, perform root‑cause analysis, and deliver permanent fixes Own environment management, release coordination, and production deployments on GW Cloud Develop and maintain business rules, workflows, and integrations using Gosu/Java Integrate Guidewire apps with external/third‑party systems (APIs, messaging, middleware) Ensure cloud compliance, code quality, and performance best practices Support cloud upgrades, patching cycles, and configuration migrations Collaborate with architects, product owners, QA, and cross‑functional squads in Agile delivery Maintain documentation, design specs, and support runbooks Must have strong hands-on experience across PolicyCenter, BillingCenter & ClaimCenter Must have experience in Guidewire Cloud Platform (GWCP) implementation or AMS Must have solid experience delivering L2 & L3 application support Strong understanding of P&C insurance processes across policy, billing, and claims Proficiency in Gosu, Java, integrations, and Guidewire configuration Experience leading technical teams and guiding solution delivery Experience with incident, problem, and change management processes Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
