As a Guidewire Testing - Senior Associate, you will engage with clients in the Financial Services industry, particularly within the Insurance sector, to deliver specialized testing solutions. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will leverage your skills to analyze complex problems and develop deliverables that meet client needs. This role involves working closely with clients to understand their requirements and provide tailored solutions that enhance their business operations.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will guide and mentor junior team members, helping them navigate complex situations and grow their personal brand. Your role will involve anticipating the needs of your teams and clients, and delivering quality work even when the path forward isn’t clear. You will use these moments as opportunities to grow and enhance your technical skills.

Responsibilities

- Conducting functional and regression testing for Guidewire applications to validate system performance and reliability
- Implementing automation testing strategies to enhance testing efficiency and coverage
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve software defects and issues
- Utilizing Guidewire InsuranceSuite, including ClaimCenter and PolicyCenter, to support client-specific testing requirements
- Developing and executing test plans and cases to confirm software quality and compliance with client specifications
- Analyzing test results and providing actionable insights to improve software functionality and user experience
- Engaging in user acceptance testing (UAT) to confirm that solutions meet business needs and client expectations
- Maintaining up-to-date knowledge of testing methodologies and industry trends to drive continuous improvement in testing processes
- Supporting the integration of Guidewire software with existing client systems to facilitate seamless operations
- Building and nurturing client relationships to understand their needs and deliver tailored testing solutions

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Actuarial Science, Business Administration/Management, Business Analytics, Commerce, Computer and Information Science, Computer Applications, Computer Engineering, Computer Engineering & Accounting, Data Processing/Analytics/Science, Economics, Electrical Engineering, Engineering, Engineering and Business, Finance, Information Technology, Management Information Systems, Mathematics, Mechanical Engineering, Operations Management/Research, Risk Management, Software App, Statistics
- At least one of the following: Guidewire Certified in PolicyCenter, BillingCenter and /or ClaimCenter, SAFe, CSM
- Demonstrating proficiency in Guidewire InsuranceSuite and its components
- Utilizing Automation Testing and Regression Testing methodologies effectively
- Excelling in Quality Assurance Testing and User Acceptance Testing (UAT)
- Leveraging analytical thinking to solve complex problems in insurance technology
- Embracing change and demonstrating intellectual curiosity in technology consulting
