JOB DESCRIPTION

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and produce motion graphics, animations, explainer videos, graphics, and illustrations for

eLearning modules, presentations, and templates, ensuring adherence to company branding and design

standards.

• Edit and enhance video content using tools like Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and similar platforms for

digital learning.

• Ensure all multimedia assets adhere to company branding guidelines and design standards.

• Work closely with instructional designers, SMEs, and project teams to understand requirements and deliver

creative solutions.

• Adapt designs for various platforms and devices, ensuring accessibility and user-friendliness.

• Leverage AI and Generative AI tools throughout the design process to improve quality and efficiency.

• Review and refine motion, video and other visual assets for accuracy, consistency, and effectiveness.

• Manage multiple design tasks under deadlines; maintain project documentation and version control.

• Collect feedback from stakeholders and iterate on designs to improve quality and impact.

• Demonstrate a collaborative mindset and work seamlessly with cross-functional teams including

Instructional Designers, SMEs, and program managers. Contribute ideas, share feedback constructively

and support team success across projects.

Required Qualification & Skills

• 2–4 years of professional experience as a Graphic Designer, preferably in a corporate or

consulting environment.

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) and

familiarity with Canva or similar platforms.

• Strong skills in animation, video editing, and visual storytelling.

• Experience in creating explainer videos, animated sequences, and multimedia content.

• Ability to work in cross-functional teams and communicate effectively with non-design

stakeholders.

• High standards for visual quality and accuracy.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.

• Comfortable revising designs based on feedback and data.

• Strong communication skills to present ideas, accept feedback, and work with multiple

stakeholders.

Education / Certifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Multimedia Design, or related

field.

• Certifications in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or related areas are a plus.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have

• Experience with eLearning or digital learning projects.

• Familiarity with LMS platforms and authoring tools.

• Basic knowledge of prototyping tools or collaborative design workflows.

• Hands-on experience in using Generative AI tools to build creative solutions, enhance

workflows, and experiment with new design possibilities.
