JOB DESCRIPTION

• 5+ years of experience in L&D team/function with proficiency in designing , developing , delivering, and managing training programs.
• As expert in course authoring tools such as Articulate 360.
• Hands on experience in visualizing and designing animations using Adobe tools, or any motion graphics software.
• Proficient in managing projects including defining work activities, estimating level of effort, and meeting deadlines.
• Should possess knowledge of learning management systems, preferably Cornerstone. 
• Should possess advanced knowledge of MS Office Suite.

Should posses’ strong expertise in graphic design and development using adobe suite.
