We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Gynecologist to join our dynamic healthcare team, delivering comprehensive women’s health services in a patient -centered environment. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the diagnosis, treatment, and management of a wide range of gynecological conditions, including reproductive health, menstrual disorders, infertility, and gynecological surgeries. This role requires expertise in both medical and surgical interventions, with a strong emphasis on preventive care, patient education, and evidence -based practice. The Gynecologist will play a pivotal role in improving women’s health outcomes through compassionate, high -quality care, contributing to the overall mission of excellence in reproductive and maternal healthcare. Responsibilities
Conduct comprehensive gynecological examinations and patient consultations to assess reproductive and general health.
Perform and manage a full spectrum of gynecological procedures, including Dilation and Curettage (D&C), LEEP, Hysterectomy, Myomectomy, Oophorectomy, Tubal Ligation, and Pelvic Floor Repair.
Carry out minimally invasive surgeries such as Laparoscopy and Hysteroscopy for the treatment of fibroids, cysts, endometriosis, and other gynecological conditions.
Provide expert care during Normal Vaginal Delivery and Cesarean Section, ensuring maternal and neonatal safety.
Diagnose and manage infertility cases, including coordination with IVF specialists and overseeing assisted reproductive technologies.
Perform routine and diagnostic screening procedures such as Pap Smear and Colposcopy for early detection of cervical and other reproductive tract abnormalities.
Develop individualized treatment plans based on patient history, clinical findings, and diagnostic results.
Maintain accurate and confidential medical records in compliance with healthcare regulations.
Educate patients on reproductive health, contraception, family planning, and preventive care.
Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to ensure holistic and coordinated patient care.
Stay current with advancements in gynecological medicine and surgical techniques through continuous professional development.
Requirements
MBBS degree with a postgraduate qualification in Obstetrics and Gynecology (MD/DM/DNB in OBGYN).
Valid and active medical license to practice in India, with registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI).
Minimum of 1 year of clinical experience in a hospital or outpatient gynecological setting.
Proven expertise in performing D&C, LEEP, Hysterectomy, Myomectomy, Oophorectomy, Tubal Ligation, and Pelvic Floor Repair.
Hands -on experience in Laparoscopy and Hysteroscopy, including surgical management of fibroids, cysts, and endometriosis.
Demonstrated proficiency in managing normal vaginal deliveries and Cesarean Sections.
Experience in infertility evaluation and management, including coordination with IVF programs.
Competency in conducting Pap Smear and Colposcopy with interpretation of results.
Strong understanding of reproductive health, hormonal disorders, and preventive gynecology.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and patient counseling skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a multidisciplinary team in a fast -paced clinical environment.
