Gynecologist

Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive gynecological examinations, patient consultations, and medical history reviews.
  
• Perform routine and advanced gynecological procedures including Pap Smear, Colposcopy, and pelvic floor repair.
  
• Carry out surgical interventions such as Normal Vaginal Delivery, Cesarean Section, Laparoscopy, Hysteroscopy, D&C, LEEP, Myomectomy, Hysterectomy, Oophorectomy, Tubal Ligation, and Fibroid & Cyst Surgery.
  
• Diagnose and manage gynecological conditions including infertility, menstrual disorders, endometriosis, and pelvic organ prolapse.
  
• Provide expert care in infertility management, including coordination with IVF protocols and assisted reproductive technologies.
  
• Utilize Sonography for diagnostic evaluation of reproductive organs and fetal monitoring during pregnancy.
  
• Maintain accurate and confidential patient records in compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
  
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams including obstetricians, radiologists, and reproductive endocrinologists.
  
• Participate in on -call duties and emergency obstetric care as required.
  
• Stay current with clinical guidelines, emerging technologies, and best practices in gynecology and women’s health.
  

Requirements

• MBBS degree with a recognized postgraduate qualification in Obstetrics & Gynecology (MD/DM/DNB in OBGYN).
  
• Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (or equivalent).
  
• Proficiency in performing a wide range of gynecological procedures, including:
  • Sonography
    
  • D&C (Dilation and Curettage)
    
  • LEEP (Loop Electrosurgical Excision Procedure)
    
  • Hysterectomy and Myomectomy
    
  • Oophorectomy and Tubal Ligation
    
  • Pelvic Floor Repair
    
  • Normal Vaginal Delivery and Cesarean Section
    
  • Laparoscopy and Hysteroscopy
    
  • Fibroid & Cyst Surgery
    
  • Infertility Management (including IVF coordination)
    
  • Pap Smear and Colposcopy
    
• Strong clinical decision -making and patient communication skills.
  
• Ability to work independently and as part of a healthcare team in a fast -paced hospital environment.
  
• Commitment to continuous learning and professional development.
  
• Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and hospital protocols.
  
• Willingness to participate in on -call rotations and emergency care.
