*Responsibilities:*
- Conduct comprehensive gynecological and obstetrical evaluations, including patient history, physical exams, and diagnostic testing.
- Diagnose and manage a broad range of women’s health conditions, including menstrual disorders, infertility, hormonal imbalances, and gynecological cancers.
- Provide routine and high -risk prenatal care, monitor fetal development, and manage labor and delivery as needed.
- Perform essential gynecological procedures such as colposcopy, hysteroscopy, D&C, IUD insertions, and minor surgical interventions.
- Develop individualized treatment plans and coordinate care with other specialists, including neonatologists, maternal -fetal medicine experts, and nurses.
- Maintain accurate, up -to -date medical records and ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory documentation standards.
- Educate patients on reproductive health, contraception, family planning, and preventive care strategies.
- Participate in on -call rotations and emergency obstetrical care as required.
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives, clinical audits, and continuous professional development.

*Requirements:*
- MBBS degree with a recognized postgraduate qualification in Obstetrics and Gynecology (MD/DM/DNB in OBGYN).
- Valid and active medical license and registration with the National Medical Council (NMC) or relevant regulatory body.
- Minimum of 1 year of post -qualification clinical experience in a hospital or clinical setting.
- Proven proficiency in diagnosing and managing common and complex gynecological and obstetrical conditions.
- Demonstrated experience in performing essential gynecological procedures with precision and patient safety.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with patients and healthcare teams.
- Commitment to evidence -based practice, patient confidentiality, and ethical medical standards.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast -paced, team -oriented hospital environment with occasional night and weekend shifts.
- Familiarity with electronic medical records (EMR) systems and hospital information systems.
