Responsibilities:

Conduct comprehensive gynecological examinations and patient consultations to assess reproductive and general health.
Perform routine and specialized procedures including D&C, LEEP, Hysterectomy, Myomectomy, Oophorectomy, Tubal Ligation, and Pelvic Floor Repair.
Provide expert care during Normal Vaginal Delivery and Cesarean Section, ensuring maternal and neonatal safety.
Carry out minimally invasive surgeries such as Laparoscopy and Hysteroscopy for diagnosis and treatment of gynecological disorders.
Manage fibroid and ovarian cyst surgeries with precision and adherence to clinical protocols.
Deliver infertility management services, including coordination with IVF programs and fertility treatments.
Conduct preventive screenings such as Pap Smear and Colposcopy to detect early signs of cervical and other gynecological cancers.
Maintain accurate and confidential medical records and ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
Collaborate with obstetricians, nurses, and other specialists to provide integrated care for pregnant and postpartum patients.
Participate in hospital -wide quality improvement initiatives and continuing medical education programs.

Requirements:

MBBS degree with a postgraduate qualification in Obstetrics and Gynecology (MD/MS in OBGY).
Valid registration with the Medical Council of India (MCI) or State Medical Council.
Proficiency in performing a wide range of gynecological procedures including D&C, LEEP, Hysterectomy, Myomectomy, Oophorectomy, Tubal Ligation, Pelvic Floor Repair, and Laparoscopy.
Demonstrated experience in managing normal vaginal deliveries and cesarean sections.
Hands -on experience in hysteroscopy, fibroid and cyst surgery, and infertility management (including IVF coordination).
Strong clinical skills in performing Pap Smear and Colposcopy with accurate interpretation.
Ability to work effectively in a fast -paced hospital environment with minimal supervision.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a patient -first approach.
Commitment to continuous learning and adherence to ethical medical practices.
Willingness to be on call as per hospital requirements.
