Gynecologist

✅ Key Responsibilities:

• Lead academic, clinical, and administrative functions of the Gynae & Obs Department.
  

• Conduct theory classes, practicals, and case -based discussions for MBBS and PG students.
  

• Supervise major and minor surgeries (LSCS, hysterectomies, laparoscopic procedures, etc.).
  

• Mentor and guide PG students in thesis, clinical training, and research publications.
  

• Oversee labor room, OT, and antenatal/postnatal ward rounds.
  

• Ensure clinical audits, patient care quality, and adherence to NABH/NMC protocols.
  

• Publish papers in indexed journals and support departmental research.
  

• Organize CMEs, workshops, and contribute to curriculum development.
  

• Coordinate with hospital administration and inspection bodies like NMC.
