### *Responsibilities*
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients seeking fertility treatment, including detailed medical history reviews, physical examinations, and diagnostic testing.
- Diagnose and manage a wide range of gynecological and reproductive health conditions, including polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS), endometriosis, tubal factor infertility, and male factor infertility.
- Perform all aspects of IVF procedures, including ovarian stimulation protocols, oocyte retrieval, embryo transfer, and cryopreservation.
- Supervise and coordinate the entire IVF cycle from initial consultation through pregnancy confirmation and follow -up.
- Utilize advanced reproductive technologies such as intracytoplasmic sperm injection (ICSI), preimplantation genetic testing (PGT), and assisted hatching.
- Provide pre -conception counseling and individualized treatment plans tailored to patient needs and medical history.
- Maintain accurate, up -to -date medical records and ensure compliance with hospital and regulatory standards.
- Collaborate with reproductive endocrinologists, embryologists, genetic counselors, and nursing staff to optimize patient outcomes.
- Stay current with emerging trends, research, and innovations in reproductive medicine through continuous professional development.
- Mentor junior medical staff and contribute to clinical training programs within the department.

### *Requirements*
- MBBS degree with postgraduate qualification in Obstetrics and Gynecology (MD/DM in Obstetrics & Gynecology or DNB).
- Specialized training or certification in Reproductive Medicine, IVF, or Fertility Management (preferred).
- 4–5+ years of progressive clinical experience in gynecology and infertility management, with proven expertise in IVF procedures.
- Proficient in diagnosing and managing women’s health conditions and ensuring comprehensive obstetric care.
- Demonstrated experience in performing gynecological procedures, including laparoscopy, hysteroscopy, and ultrasound -guided interventions.
- Strong understanding of reproductive endocrinology, ovarian stimulation protocols, and embryo transfer techniques.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to provide empathetic, patient -centered care.
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team.
- Commitment to ethical practice, patient confidentiality, and adherence to medical standards.
- Willingness to participate in research, audits, and quality improvement initiatives.
