PURPOSE: Delivering excellent
customer service & support.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

Trouble shooting &
Networking on field in customer’s place.

Attending to customer’s
complaints & solving the technical issues.

DESIRED PROFILE:
Education:
•
Graduate with
certification in Hardware & Networking from institutes like (Jetking, IIHT, Rooman etc.)
Relevant
Experience:
•
1-3 years of experience in working with complex trouble – shooting
and handling technical issues.
• Should
have hands on experience in field job, like: configuring,
troubleshooting the issues related to hardware and networking at the clients location / customers place.
Knowledge
& Skills and Other attitudinal requirements:
•
Self – Driven and
goal oriented.
•
Should be able to
handle customer queries and should aim at Customer Delight.
•
Good language fluency,
excellent verbal & written communication skills.
•
Should be technically
sound.
