Hardware Testing Engineer

About the Opportunity
A fast-scaling hardware innovation lab operating at the intersection of embedded systems, IoT, and consumer electronics, we build and validate mission-critical hardware solutions for global OEMs and startups. Our engineers ensure every board, sensor, and module meets rigorous reliability, compliance, and performance benchmarks—before it ships to market. Think rugged field testing, thermal stress cycles, EMI/EMC validation, and automated test harnesses—all in a dynamic, hands-on engineering environment. Role & Responsibilities

• Design, execute, and document test plans for embedded hardware boards, sensors, and IoT modules across functional, environmental, and reliability domains.


• Operate and maintain lab equipment including oscilloscopes, multimeters, thermal chambers, power analyzers, and automated test rigs.


• Run stress, soak, and edge-case tests under controlled and simulated real-world conditions (temperature, humidity, vibration, ESD, etc.).


• Isolate, log, and reproduce hardware failures; collaborate with design engineers to root-cause and validate fixes.


• Build and script automated test sequences using Python, LabVIEW, or TestStand to accelerate regression and validation cycles.


• Ensure compliance with industry standards (IEC, FCC, CE, RoHS) and generate certification-ready test reports.
