Hardware Validation Engineer

Preferred Experience:

• Platform/Board design understanding (Schematics/Layout)
  

• Hands-on with lab tools: Oscilloscopes, Multimeters, Protocol Analyzers
  

• Experience in simple rework and platform bring-up
  

• Cross-functional interaction (FW/BIOS/LAYOUT/IP/Silicon teams)
  

• Validation: RAS [DDR ECC, Ethernet IPs, PCIe], I2S, I2C, USB, SATA, SSD, NVMe
  

• Debugging interfaces using Logic/Protocol Analyzers
  

• SOC/Platform bring-up and failure debug
  

• Scripting: Python, Ruby, or PERL
  

• Exposure to:
  

  • x86 architecture
    

  • High-speed memory (LPDDR3/4, DDR4)
    

  • Peripherals (USB, eMMC, PCIe, Ethernet, M.2, NVMe)
    

  • Low-speed interfaces (SPI, UART, I2C)
    

  • Graphics (GPU, Video Codecs), Displays (DP, HDMI, DVI)
