As an HCM Integrations (OIC+HCM)-Senior Associate - Consult, you will specialize in providing consulting services for Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) applications. You will analyze client requirements, implement HCM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle HCM applications. Working in this area, you will enable clients to optimize their human resources processes, enhance talent management, and achieve their strategic objectives. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You will navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality work. Embracing increased ambiguity, you are comfortable when the path forward isn’t clear, you ask questions, and you use these moments as opportunities to grow.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be part of our Technology Consulting network, specifically within our Oracle practice. You will use a broad range of tools, methodologies, and techniques to generate new ideas and solve problems, while upholding professional and technical standards. This is an opportunity to develop a deeper understanding of the business context and how it is changing, while contributing to the success of our clients.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing client requirements to implement Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) software solutions
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle HCM applications
- Collaborating with clients to optimize human resources processes and enhance talent management
- Utilizing Oracle SQL Developer and Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher for data analysis and reporting
- Managing project budgets and timelines to deliver client solutions effectively
- Applying business process improvement techniques to enhance operational efficiency
- Engaging in strategic human resource planning and workforce analytics to support client objectives
- Developing and maintaining meaningful client relationships to anticipate and address their needs
- Navigating complex situations to deliver quality work and grow personal skills
- Mentoring junior team members to foster a collaborative and productive work environment
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Human Resources Management, Business Administration/Management, Psychology, Organizational Leadership, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Human Capital Management or related Oracle HCM Cloud applications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle Fusion Human Capital Management
- Utilizing Oracle SQL Developer for data management and analysis
- Managing Oracle E-Business Suite for comprehensive HR solutions
- Excelling in strategic human resource planning and talent management
- Applying analytical thinking to solve complex business challenges
