As an HCM - Talent Management - Senior Associate - Consult, you will specialize in providing consulting services for Oracle human capital management (HCM) applications. You will analyze client requirements, implement HCM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle HCM applications. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will enable clients to optimize their human resources processes, enhance talent management, and achieve their strategic objectives.

As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will be responsible for analyzing complex problems, mentoring others, and maintaining professional standards. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you will grow your personal brand and deepen your technical skills. You are expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, and to deliver quality work. Responsibilities

- Analyzing client requirements to implement Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) software solutions effectively
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle HCM applications
- Collaborating with clients to optimize human resources processes and enhance talent management strategies
- Utilizing Oracle Business Intelligence Publisher and Oracle SQL Developer to generate insightful reports and analytics
- Managing project budgets and timelines to validate successful delivery of HCM solutions
- Conducting business process improvement initiatives to streamline HR operations
- Applying analytical thinking to discern patterns and improve workforce planning and analytics
- Embracing change and adapting to diverse client needs and challenges in a fast-paced environment
- Building meaningful client relationships to understand and anticipate their strategic objectives
- Mentoring junior team members and fostering a collaborative team environment

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Human Resources Management, Business Administration/Management, Psychology, Organizational Leadership, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Human Capital Management or related Oracle HCM Cloud applications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle Fusion applications
- Utilizing analytical thinking to enhance business process improvement
- Applying strategic human resource planning in diverse client environments
- Managing Oracle E-Business Suite for comprehensive HR solutions
