As a Workforce Compensation and Benefits Senior Associate, you will specialize in providing consulting services for Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) applications. You will analyze client requirements, implement HCM software solutions, and provide training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle HCM applications. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will enable clients to optimize their human resources processes, enhance talent management, and achieve their strategic objectives.
As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and learning how to manage and inspire others. You are expected to navigate increasingly complex situations, growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills. Embracing increased ambiguity, you will be comfortable when the path forward isn’t clear, using these moments as opportunities to grow. In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will respond effectively to diverse perspectives, use a broad range of tools to generate new ideas, and interpret data to inform insights and recommendations. You will uphold and reinforce professional and technical standards, contributing to the firm's overall business strategies.
Responsibilities
- Analyzing client requirements to implement Oracle Human Capital Management (HCM) software solutions
- Providing training and support for seamless integration and utilization of Oracle HCM applications
- Collaborating with clients to optimize human resources processes and enhance talent management
- Utilizing Oracle Application Development Framework (ADF) and Oracle SQL Developer for application development and customization
- Conducting business analysis to identify opportunities for process improvement and strategic human resource planning
- Managing project budgets and timelines to deliver solutions that align with client objectives
- Applying analytical thinking to interpret data and inform insights and recommendations
- Supporting workforce planning and analytics to drive informed decision-making
- Engaging in change management initiatives to facilitate smooth transitions and adoption of new systems
- Upholding professional and technical standards in all client interactions and deliverables
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- Preference for at least one of the following fields of study: Human Resources Management, Business Administration/Management, Psychology, Organizational Leadership, Management Information Systems
- At least one of the following: Oracle Cloud certification in Human Capital Management or related Oracle HCM Cloud applications
- Demonstrating proficiency in Oracle HCM Cloud and Oracle Compensation
- Utilizing analytical thinking to enhance business process improvement
- Managing benefits administration and strategic human resource planning
- Excelling in business application consulting within Oracle environments
- Developing meaningful client connections and anticipating client needs
