ManagerJob Description & Summary
- Managing team member assignments, operational metrics, and service level agreements while providing guidance and oversight
- Confirming compliance with regulatory and company standards while driving operational excellence
- Supporting the effective coordination of all engagement across any of the assigned functional teams, including HCP Onboarding, Engagement Ambassadorship, Contracting, Invoicing and Payments and Transparency Reporting
--Oversee the execution of HCP onboarding, vendor setup, contracting, FMV/tiering, and payment
processing
-Confirm operational processes are documented, standardized, and continuously improved
-Coordinate with cross-functional teams to support HCP engagement
- Leading operational consulting engagements to optimize client efficiency and effectiveness
- Analyzing client needs and developing strategic operational solutions to enhance productivity and business performance
- Guiding teams in implementing technology solutions and process automation to drive operational excellence
- Coaching team members to leverage their strengths and manage performance in alignment with client expectations
- Identifying opportunities for business process improvement and cost efficiency
- Developing and executing project plans, including budgeting and timeline management
- Utilizing Lean Process Improvement and Six Sigma methodologies to streamline operations
- Engaging in strategic questioning and operational analysis to identify areas for improvement
- Building relationships with clients to provide ongoing operational support and analysis
- Embracing emerging technologies to enhance service operations and solution development
What You Must Have
- At least 5 years of experience in HCP engagement operations, compliance, or pharmaceutical industry support Prior experience managing a team or leading operational processes Understanding of HCP compliance requirements (FMV, Sunshine Act, etc.) "
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 9-12 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Familiarity with systems used across the HCP lifecycle (e.g., onboarding/CRM platforms such as Reltio or iHub; CLM; ERP/procurement and AP)
- Demonstrated ability to drive continuous improvement, implement controls, and deliver against SLAs in high-volume environments
