As a Program Manager within our Risk and Compliance practice, you will play a pivotal role in guiding clients through complex regulatory landscapes, helping them maintain compliance and manage risks effectively. You will provide strategic advice and solutions, enhancing clients' internal controls to mitigate risks. As a Manager, you will lead teams and manage client accounts, focusing on strategic planning and mentoring junior staff. You are accountable for project success and maintaining standards. Enhancing your leadership style, you motivate, develop, and inspire others to deliver quality. You are responsible for coaching, leveraging team members' unique strengths, and managing performance to deliver on client expectations.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will be expected to lead with integrity and authenticity, articulating our purpose and values in a meaningful way. You will analyze and identify the linkages and interactions between the component parts of an entire system, take ownership of projects, and validate their successful planning, budgeting, execution, and completion. Responsibilities

- Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring scope, timelines, and quality expectations are met.

- Facilitate Agile practices and team ceremonies to support predictable and efficient execution. Engage with clients and stakeholders regularly to review progress, discuss risks, and confirm priorities.

- Identify delivery risks and dependencies early, and drive timely mitigation actions. Prepare and share project dashboards, status reports, and risk updates with relevant stakeholders

- Navigating complex regulatory landscapes to provide compliance guidance and solutions for clients
- Managing risk assessment processes and implementing compliance frameworks to mitigate potential issues
- Leading teams in the execution of compliance audits and regulatory reporting activities
- Developing and maintaining compliance programs that adhere to industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Utilizing analytical thinking to identify and address compliance risks and opportunities for improvement
- Coaching team members to enhance their skills in compliance and governance practices
- Collaborating with stakeholders to confirm adherence to compliance standards and regulatory authority requirements
- Implementing cybersecurity risk management strategies to protect client data and validate privacy compliance
- Conducting compliance training sessions to educate teams on anti-money laundering and financial crime prevention measures
- Reviewing compliance reports and documentation to validate accuracy and completeness

What You Must Have

- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 10-12 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

What Sets You Apart

- Good understanding of Agile methodologies and delivery management practices. Experience working in Agile environments; Scrum Master certification is a plus

- Experience with pharmaceutical or healthcare projects is highly desirable. Strong stakeholder management and communication skills

- Demonstrating proficiency in Anti-Money Laundering Compliance
- Implementing Compliance Program strategies effectively
- Utilizing Governance Risk Compliance (GRC) frameworks
- Managing Data Protection Management (DPM) processes
- Excelling in Compliance Risk Assessment
- Leading Compliance Auditing initiatives
- Applying ISO/IEC 27001 Standards knowledge

- Ability to manage cross-functional teams and drive alignment toward delivery goals
