As an HCP Engagement- ToV Reporting -Experienced Associate, you will engage with clients to optimize operational efficiency and effectiveness. You will analyze client needs, develop operational strategies, and provide guidance to streamline processes, enhance productivity, and drive business performance. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will focus on delivering consulting services that enhance operational performance and develop innovative solutions. You will work closely with clients to analyze operational processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop strategies to enhance productivity, quality, and efficiency.

As an Associate, you will focus on learning and contributing to client engagement and projects while developing your skills and knowledge to deliver quality work. You will be exposed to clients to learn how to build meaningful client connections, manage and inspire others, and grow your personal brand by deepening your technical knowledge of firm services and technology resources. You will be expected to anticipate the needs of your teams and clients, embrace ambiguity, ask questions, and use these challenges as opportunities for growth.

In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will provide guidance on implementing technology solutions, process automation, and operational excellence frameworks. Responsibilities

-Reviewing payments and transfers of value (ToV) against Sunshine Act, EFPIA, and other transparency regulations, and providing accurate, reportable data
Tracking, aggregating, and validating HCP/HCO spend data for disclosure in accordance with compliance requirements
-Partnering with finance, compliance, and reporting teams to confirm complete, accurate, and audit-ready transparency data with fixed deadlines

-Reconcile activities based on submitted documentation to confirm all HCP/HCO payments and

expenses are captured accurately

-Finalize data entry in the system of record, detailing attendance, meals, expert ToV, and

- Analyzing client operational processes to identify areas for improvement and enhance productivity
- Developing strategies to optimize operational efficiency and drive business performance
- Implementing technology solutions and process automation to streamline operations
- Supporting client engagements by providing operational analysis and solutions development
- Collaborating with team members to deliver quality work and contribute to project success
- Applying operational excellence frameworks to improve service operations and cost efficiency
- Utilizing lean process improvement and Six Sigma methodologies to enhance operational strategies
- Gathering information from diverse sources to discern patterns and inform operational decisions
- Building commercial awareness and understanding how business operations impact overall strategy

What You Must Have

- At least 2 years of experience in transparency reporting, ToV data management, finance operations, or compliance analytics Working knowledge of Sunshine Act, EFPIA, and other HCP/HCO transparency regulations Experience using transparency reporting systems, financial systems, or data aggregation tools (e.g., SAP, Interactions Hub, Transparency Hub or similar) "

- At least 3-5 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
