Head Accounts & Taxation

• Managing day to day corporate accounting
  
• Finalization of Trial balance and other reports on monthly basis.
  
• Over all control of accounts payable management (Payment to vendors and Balance confirmation, vendor reconciliation, monitoring of Bank guarantees, advances, retention money and input tax credit.
  
• Finalization of Trial balance and other MIS Reports on monthly basis.
  
• Preparing financial statements
  
• Scrutinizing the account ledgers and assure that all the expense bills / vouchers should be accounted properly with proper statutory deductions.
  
• Verification and payment of expense bills at all levels, either to companys staff or outsiders i.e. suppliers, professionals, service renders, etc
  
• Formulation of Annual Budget and Monthly Budget 
  
• Reporting to CFO about all the key functional areas on daily basis.
  

• Prepare effective auditing plans
  
• Execute group internal audit and special investigations, compliance with policies and rules
  
• Streamlining Internal audits systems and setting up internal control systems & procedures.
  
• Dealing with Internal and External Auditors
  
• Manging overall Inventory
  
• Liaison with auditors for timely completion of Audit.
  

• Direct tax processes and compliance, including corporate tax, transfer pricing
  
• Indirect taxes (GST) and filing of returns for completion of assessment and ensuring statutory compliance.
  
• Calculation of advance tax liability and deposit the same.
  
• Calculation of GST and deposit the same.
  
• Prepare Income tax, GST and T.D.S. Returns.
  
• Tax Planning & Management, Representation before Tax authorities, Managing tax Compliances
  
• Preparation & Submission of detailed reply of Notice & Questionnaire issued by Income tax department.
  
• Preparation & submission of detail for query raised by the Commissioner of Income tax during assessment proceedings.
  
• Responsible for Direct tax & Indirect tax such as GST and Tax Deduction / Collection at Source.
  
• Attending income tax assessment for the organization
  
• Liaison with GST department auditors
  

• Preparation of various MIS reports which enables the management to review the latest status of accounts and concentrate on the Key Areas with less efforts and time.
  
• Analyse and suggest improvement measures for the company
  

• Ensure compliance of GST and Withholding Tax Report ,PF ESI ,AD ,TP and Other.
  
• Tax compliances both direct and indirect
  
• Statutary compliances of a public limited company
  

Requirements

• Qualified CA with atleast 10 years of experience in a similar role in a publicly listed company. 
  
• Excellent knowledge of auditing techniques
  
• The candidate shall beshould be competent with the track record of monthly MIS preparation and presentation - segmented for accounts, taxation, secretarial, working capital management and other financial analyses.
