Position Overview

We are looking for a Head – Affiliate Growth to own affiliate growth strategy, team execution, partner performance, and revenue outcomes. This is a hands-on leadership role requiring strong industry knowledge, strategic understanding, and ruthless execution.

Key Responsibilities

- Own Affiliate Growth strategy, targets, and execution.

• Drive affiliate acquisition, activation, reactivation, and revenue growth.
  


• Lead and manage the Affiliate Growth team with strong accountability.
  


• Monitor affiliate performance, revenue, EPC, CR, traffic, and campaign growth.
  


• Identify and execute new affiliate and campaign growth opportunities.
  


• Drive optimization and ensure timely closure of performance gaps.
  


• Work closely with Advertiser Growth, Network Ops, and Tech teams.
  


• Translate management strategy into clear, actionable execution plans.
  


• Represent Affiliate Growth in management reviews with clear insights and recommendations.
