Head Alumni Relations

We are a 44-year-old premier business school, backed by one of Indias largest power-to-FMCG conglomerates. With three campuses across India and a strong network of 10,000+ MBA alumni, our institution stands at the intersection of legacy and innovation.

As we deepen our alumni engagement, were looking for a Head of Alumni Relations to lead our strategy, partnerships, and engagement programs across all campuses.

What Youll Do

As the Head Alumni Relations, you'll:

- Design and execute a pan-campus alumni engagement strategy

- Define KPIs and lead reporting systems to measure alumni engagement

- Build and manage robust alumni data systems and analytics

- Drive alumni partnerships: mentorships, internships, scholarships, etc.

- Organize alumni events, reunions, and networking forums

- Integrate alumni feedback into institutional strategy

- Collaborate with internal teams (careers, marketing, admissions, etc.)

- Lead the Young Alumni Board (graduates from the last 5 years)

- Develop exclusive benefit programs and partnerships for alumni

Who You Are
- 15+ years of experience in alumni relations, stakeholder engagement, or institutional advancement

- Strong leadership, communication, and program management skills

- Proficient in data systems/CRMs and analytics-driven decision making

- Experience in higher education or managing large professional networks is a plus

- MBA or equivalent preferred
