Located just a 1 hour flight down the coast from Rio De Janeiro, Brazil this beautiful beach front City is noted as one of the best places to live in Brazil. It has a considerable commercial hub as well as well as attracting high end tourism right across the year.. and offers travellers a wealth of luxury holiday experiences. As well as first class accommodation the city offers a vibrant dining out scene with a large number of upscale dining options.Our client is looking to bring the flavours of India, Thailand & Malaysia to their portfolio this is not food that is widely eaten in Brazil & there is a burgeoning market for these types of cuisines which our client is looking to capitalise on so you MUST have extensive experience in at least one of these national cuisines. (This is a pre-requisite so please do not apply if you don't have the experience as we will be unable to assist you.)Head Chef Salary / PackageBase salary circa $2.5k USD plus fantastic accommodation, all your meals & laundry are provided for you so you will have very low monthly outgoings! Head Chef Experience RequiredWe are looking to attract a Head Chef that has worked with Indian/Thai or Malaysian cookery for at least 5 years in a senior role. The food here has a laid back vibe but the quality of the ingredients are world class so you should have experience of working with high end, fresh ingredients.Head Chef – Eligibility – IMPORTANT – ***PLS READ*** Please read thru carefully & only apply for this role if you can fulfil the following criteria:You must be eligible for a Brazilian work visa which covers you for the first 2 years of your employment. The key criteria is that you have a minimum education of 12 (twelve) years and professional industry experience of at least 04 (four) years & you do not have any criminal convictions. You must have a current passport & a birth certificate.
