Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
• Lead the preparation of human resource policies for the school (Faculty, support staff, management, students, external vendors) and frameworks (e,g. compensation) and manage its lifecycle including updates to them
• spearhead Performance management, Talnet Management, Employee Engagement, Talent Retention
• Recruitment: manage the recruitment plans, including writing and posting job announcements for all categories and levels of employees
• Handle Traiing & Development- training plans for employees not limiting to teaching faculty but also for non-academic staff to help upskill and aid in continuous human resource development
• HR Operations:
Candidate Requirement:
20+ yeasr of experience with a HR degree
Candidates from any industry willing to explore opportunity in Educational Industry
Excellenct communication skills (Verbal & Written)
