Job Description - Head HR Full-Time

Job Description:

  • Framing and deploying HR Strategies and Policies.
  • Implement performance management system.
  • Develop succession planning and competency mapping.
  • Responsible for Leadership Capability Building, Talent Acquisition, PMS aligned with competency framework, Change Management, Vendor Management, Process Improvement, 100% statutory compliance.
  • Focus on HR analytics and strategy framework aligned to the businesses.
  • Design, map and control interventions.
  • Good Team Handling exposure.
  • Owning all gamuts of HR activities -Talent Acquisition, Compensation & Benefits, PMS, Learning & Development; and Interventions, OD etc.
